At IIZUKA, we’ve always worked with our customers to make sure that this doesn’t happen – with support on business analysis, process mapping, implementation and training.

We’re now taking this a step further, by including all implementation costs within our licence fee.

This means that there are no ‘hidden’ charges – what we quote you is what you will pay.

SUPPORTING IMPLEMENTATION

We’re passionate about ensuring that your business runs as effectively and efficiently as possible – and our products are designed with that in mind.

We will ensure that your experience of choosing and implementing Case Manager is smooth and hassle-free. The IIZUKA client services team will work with you to analyse your current service, support process-mapping, implement Case Manager and provide training and support for as long as you’re a customer.

To this end, we have an established on-boarding and implementation process, underpinned by our ISO accreditations.

Above all, we know that one size does not fit all – we will work with you to provide the software that best suits your requirements and make sure that it’s implemented quickly and easily so that your business will realise the benefits as quickly as possible.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Our systems are robust, reliable and easy to use but if you do need any help then our specialised customer service team is available to give you the support you need. 

Case Manager is reliable and secure – we’re proud to say it performs at over 99.9% availability – meaning it’s working whenever you are!

The servers which host Case Manager are all based in the UK and we also have continuous back-up to a second set of disaster recovery servers, to ensure your data does not get lost.

CLOUD-HOSTED CASE MANAGEMENT

Case Manager is securely hosted in the cloud. This means that there’s no new hardware to buy or programmes to install, all you need is an internet connection.

Mobile working is easy. Caseworkers can work from their office or home PCs, tablets, or even smartphones, as their data is accessed via secure log-ins from any compatible device.

Because all the data is stored securely in the cloud, customers don’t need access to paper files and don’t need to take sensitive data away from their workplace.

We have been securely hosting our customers’ mission critical systems for more than 15 years so you can have the confidence to let us do it for you.

Cloud Computing offers the benefits of scalability, resilience, reduced costs and risks. It can achieve all of this rapidly and without any extra burden on your own internal IT provision

You can be assured that our service is also secure; we achieved ISO: 27001 certification for our Information Security Management Systems in December 2013 and have been audited and recertified in 2020.

TRAINING

You’ll find that our systems are intuitive and very easy to use, so there’s no need for complicated, expensive training courses. For new clients, we offer tailored training options, ranging from on-line web-demonstrations to on-site classroom sessions.

We can also offer ‘super-user’ training to one or more of your people, so that they will be able to train new users in-house. Our on-site classroom sessions are provided by our specialist network of case manager implementation experts and training providers.
