Analyst Adriana joins the IIZUKA team
Welcome to our new business analyst, Adriana.
A warm welcome to Adriana, who has recently joined our Client Services team as a Business Analyst.
Adriana will be helping new customers to implement Case Manager, supporting them to specify their requirements and map and improve processes, so that Case Manager does exactly what they need it to from the outset.
This business analysis service is offered free to all new customers and the feedback we’ve had from recent implementations is that it’s one of the things that makes IIZUKA really stand out from the crowd.
Adriana has been working hard to get up to speed with the software. Working hard is nothing new for her, she’s the proud holder of two degrees and a masters, the latter two of which were achieved while she was working full-time and with a young family at home!
