Meet Daniel, our new developer
IIZUKA continues to grow its business - and our team’s growing with it. Daniel join us late last year as a junior developer, working on new features and updates for Case Manager.
Daniel has a First-Class degree in Computer Science and worked as a Software Engineer before joining us. What drew him to the role was the tech stack being mainly Java and Vue, since they’re both strong industry leaders, and it gave him the chance to continue his learning in a full stack role. Daniel also loved the friendly atmosphere and the emphasis on learning and growth that came across in his interviews.
Now that he’s had time to settle in, Daniel said:
"I've been with IIZUKA for a short while now, and the team has been incredibly welcoming. It's a really friendly and supportive atmosphere, which has made getting to grips with Case Manager much easier. It's definitely a challenge, but I'm enjoying the learning process and I'm making good progress. I'm excited to keep developing my skills and contribute more to the team as I continue in this role."‘
Within our team, we’ve employed a number of apprentices, supporting them through their studies and developing their skills in the workplace. Some have gone on to bigger and better things outside of our team, while others have developed their careers into more senior roles internally.
