IIZUKA attains ISO9001:2008 certification


IIZUKA Software Technologies Ltd, a leading provider of Case Management software, is proud to announce that it is now certified as ISO 9001:2008 compliant, the most widely used and internationally-recognised framework for good business management covering quality management.

ISO9001:2008 certification confirms that IIZUKA has a recognised system of policies, practices and procedures designed to continuously monitor and improve quality and customer service.

ISO 9001 is a family of standards related to quality management systems, designed to help organizations ensure that they meet the needs of customers, shareholders and employees. The certification of compliance with ISO 9001 recognizes that the policies, practices and procedures of our company ensure consistent quality in the services and work product we provide to our customers.

This latest award follows ISO 27001 certification for Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) covering the Case Manager product and all supporting infrastructure in late 2013.
